Brown Sugar Glazed Corned Beef

Our Corned Beef Cooking Guide will provide instructions on how to prepare our brisket using whatever
method you prefer. Then, simply add the brown sugar glaze for the sweetest cut of meat you’ve ever had.

Directions

  • Prepare the corned beef using any method from our Corned Beef Cooking Guide.
  • While the corned beef is cooking, prepare the brown sugar glaze. Add the brown sugar, mustard, water, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground clove, and a pinch of salt to a pan and heat until the glaze forms, stirring continuously. About 4–5 minutes.
  • When the corned beef is done cooking, preheat an oven or broiler to 400 degrees.
  • Place the corned beef on a tray and pour enough of the brown sugar glaze over the top to coat the corned beef.
  • Place the glazed corned beef in the oven. After about 5 minutes, add more glaze and continue cooking until the glaze bubbles and is slightly caramelized.
  • Then remove the corned beef from the oven and place on a cutting board. Cover it with foil and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • When ready to serve, slice the corned beef against the grain.
  • Serve meat with desired vegetables for a complete, hearty meal.
