Smokehouse Burger With Stacked Brisket

Directions

  • Heat a griddle or pan to medium high heat, and heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Form the ground beef into a ball. Place the ground beef on the griddle or pan. Using a weight or heavy spatula, press the ground beef onto the cooking surface, forming a patty. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-7 minutes per side, depending on doneness preference.
  • Once the burger has been flipped, top with American cheese to melt.
  • Drop the onion rings in the deep fryer and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the Thick Sliced Smokehouse Brisket to the cooking surface for just long enough to heat throughout.
  • Toast the sliced brioche bun on the cooking surface.
  • Remove brisket, burger, and bun from the heat.

Brush both sides of the bun with BBQ sauce and assemble a tall stacked burger with the tomato slice, burger, thick sliced brisket, pickle chips, and onion rings.
