HICKORY SMOKED BRISKET BREAKFAST SANDWICH WITH CHIPOTLE AIOLI

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, garlic, chipotle hot sauce, and lime juice together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust ingredients as needed.
  • Heat a pan or griddle to medium low heat.
  • Toast the English muffin in a toaster or on the cooking surface. When golden brown, remove from heat, and spread the chipotle aioli over both sides. Add the cheddar cheese to the top and bottom and melt either in an over or on the cooking surface.
  • Add butter to the cooking surface add the Thick Sliced Smokehouse Brisket and heat throughout.
  • Crack and egg onto the cooking surface and cook until sunny side up. Season with salt and pepper
  • Assemble and serve.

  • 5 slices of Thick Sliced Smokehouse Brisket
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced English muffin
  • Butter
