Corned Beef Reuben Pizza

For those that find it difficult to choose between a Reuben and a pizza, our Corned Beef Reuben Pizza solves that problem!

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Remove the frozen pizza dough from packaging. 
  • Spread the desired amount of Thousand Island dressing over dough, leaving a 1/2” edge all the way around.
  • Next, spread the corned beef, sauerkraut, and caraway seeds on top of the dressing. Top with the shredded Swiss and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Bake on the lower rack for 10–14 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pizza dough
  • 1 lb Grobbel’s Premium Meats cooked corned beef, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
