Traditional fried rice will never be the same when you try adding Corned Beef!
1 cup white rice
1 cup Grobbel’s Corned Beef, shredded
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup peas
Cook rice according to package directions. Heat oil in a pan, cook carrots and peas until tender. Add corned beef, cook until brown. Make a small hole in the center. Heat egg in hole by moving around gently to start scramble. After it starts to cook, mix into the rest of the rice.
